A Mechanical Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology, Sri Manmohan Reddy conceived the idea of an engineering college with the sole aim of producing first-rate engineers for society. Teaming up with a group of philanthropists he founded 'Mahanagar Co-operative Urban Bank' and has been successfully managing it for the last seven years. His engineering education coupled with managerial ability has given him a unique opportunity to shape up Vardhaman Engineering College as one of the premier institutions in the State.
